One Pot Chicken Rice (Using Rice Cooker)



Serves: 2

Ingredients
  • Rice (2 cups)
  • 2 Chicken thighs
  • 5 cloves of Garlic (Flatten)
  • 1 inch of Ginger (sliced)
  • 1 Chicken Cube (to dissolve in hot water)
  • Spring onion (garnishing)
  • Cucumber (garnishing)


Marination (Chicken Thigh)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sesame seed oil


Cook
  1. Marinate chicken thighs at least 30 minutes before cooking
  2. Wash rice and add in enough water, then throw in garlic, ginger, chicken cube seasoning (diluted) and a dash of sesame seed oil
  3. Place chicken thighs on top of the rice
  4. Turn on rice cooker!
