Leek and Minced Pork on Spinach Noodles



Serves: 2

Ingredients
  • Spinach Noodles (Dried)  菠菜板面 / can substitute with any other noodles
  • Minced Pork - 200g
  • Leek - 4-5 sticks
  • Onion - 1 (big)
  • Garlic Oil (optional)


Seasoning
  • Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 2 pinches
  • Pepper
  • Sesame Oil
  • Water - half bowl


Cook
  1. Boil spinach noodles for 8 mins (put timer)
  2. Cut up leek and onions
  3. Heat up garlic oil / normal cooking oil
  4. Throw in onions until slightly caramalized
  5. Throw in minced pork until half cooked
  6. Throw in leek
  7. Add in all seasoning
  8. Simmer for a few minutes until leek is soft
  9. Drain noodles and put the ingredients on the noodles

Stir Fry Asparagus with Prawns


Ingredients:
  • Asparagus
  • Prawns
  • Garlic - chopped
  • Carrot (optional)

Seasoning:
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Chinese wine
  • Corn starch + water

Preparation:
  1. Cut 2-3 inches off the bottom of asparagus (or it will be very fibrous!)
  2. Peel the asparagus skin (if it's the big type)
  3. Prawns to peel shell off and devein

Cook:
  1. Stir fry garlic until golden brown
  2. Add prawns and carrots until half-cooked
  3. Add asparagus
  4. Add seasoning until gravy thickens
  5. Ready to serve
