Stir Fry Asparagus with Prawns


Ingredients:
  • Asparagus
  • Prawns
  • Garlic - chopped
  • Carrot (optional)

Seasoning:
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Chinese wine
  • Corn starch + water

Preparation:
  1. Cut 2-3 inches off the bottom of asparagus (or it will be very fibrous!)
  2. Peel the asparagus skin (if it's the big type)
  3. Prawns to peel shell off and devein

Cook:
  1. Stir fry garlic until golden brown
  2. Add prawns and carrots until half-cooked
  3. Add asparagus
  4. Add seasoning until gravy thickens
  5. Ready to serve
