Bacon Mushroom Aglio Olio



Serves: 5

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • 1 packet of bacon chips (I think 500gm)
  • 1 packet normal button mushroom (around 6-8 pieces)
  • 1-2 bulbs of garlic (sliced)


Seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Chili flakes
  • Chopped fresh parsley (or dried parsley)
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Cheese (as sprinkles)


Cook
  1. Bring a large pot of water (seasoned with salt and olive oil) to boil. Cook spaghetti for 12 minutes
  2. In a large pan, in medium low heat, cook chili flakes in olive oil
  3. When chili oil starts to form, throw in garlic and toast till light golden brown
  4. Then throw in bacon until almost cooked
  5. Throw in mushroom to cook until caramalized
  6. Season with salt, black pepper and parsley
  7. Pour in drained spaghetti into the pan and toss it
  8. Serve with sprinkles of cheese
**This meal was served with mixed vegetables in garlic butter
