Serves: 5-6 pax
Ingredients:
- 4-5 potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (I swapped with cayenne powder)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Steps:
- Cut potatoes into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick wedges
- Prepare 2 big bowls
- Bowl 1: whisk milk and egg
- Bowl 2: mix in flour, salt, pepper, paprika/cayenne, garlic powder
- Soak the potatoes in the milk mixture
- Heat up oil in a pot (easier to fry, no need so much oil)
- Remove potato from mixture and toss in flour
- Fry until golden brown and crispy (around 10-12 mins)
