Ingredients
- Rice (2 cups)
- 2 Chicken thighs
- 5 cloves of Garlic (Flatten)
- 1 inch of Ginger (sliced)
- 1 Chicken Cube (to dissolve in hot water)
- Spring onion (garnishing)
- Cucumber (garnishing)
Marination (Chicken Thigh)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Sesame seed oil
Cook
- Marinate chicken thighs at least 30 minutes before cooking
- Wash rice and add in enough water, then throw in garlic, ginger, chicken cube seasoning (diluted) and a dash of sesame seed oil
- Place chicken thighs on top of the rice
- Turn on rice cooker!
