Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Prawns
- Garlic - chopped
- Carrot (optional)
Seasoning:
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
- Chinese wine
- Corn starch + water
Preparation:
- Cut 2-3 inches off the bottom of asparagus (or it will be very fibrous!)
- Peel the asparagus skin (if it's the big type)
- Prawns to peel shell off and devein
Cook:
- Stir fry garlic until golden brown
- Add prawns and carrots until half-cooked
- Add asparagus
- Add seasoning until gravy thickens
- Ready to serve
